West Palm Beach, FL :: Christina Billue
April 30,2006 :: A 16-yr old girl is dragged from the car; neighbors hear her scream and beg for her life; and then two shots are fired. For over 9 hrs she laid dead in the bushes next to the garbage before someone called 911. The sentiment is "they hear gunfire often enough... that their first instinct isn't always to call deputies." :: This is a sad state of affairs where murder has become routine in some neighborhoods.
